We will create an organized schedule, a written road map for us to follow. We have the confidence that our procedures and systems are effective, and have the track record to prove it.

We build on property owned by our clients:
If you already own a lot, or are in the process of looking for property and want to build, it's best to contact us early in the process to discuss your options. We would love to sit down and discuss your vision with you. Working with us early in the process will let us help you estimate your construction costs, as well as evaluate site feasibility. By doing a site feasibility analysis we will determine what type of home you can build on the property by taking lot size and municipal zoning and restrictions into consideration.

We work closely with architectural and design firms:
The majority of clients come to us first with their ideas and vision. After learning about the client and their home building desires, we then introduce them to architects and designers. We help guide the client and architect to include details of how we want to build. We've worked out any inefficiencies by this time resulting in a project that can be built more quickly and economically.

Michael Jordan's two homes:
When Michael & Juanita Jordan approached us to build a 4400 square foot home for them in our Classic Estates subdivision in the late 1980's, we enjoyed working with them. When they approached us again in the mid 1990's to build and develop a 30,000 square foot estate custom home for their family in our Architecture Point subdivision, we welcomed the opportunity. This home was a custom home in it's purest and grandest sense. They wanted to build a home on a parcel of property they had purchased from us, and thus we began the custom home, design/build process. Working with the Jordan's, their agents and consultants was a great experience.
